HOME STAGING

We inspire and romance buyers to make an offer on your home faster, and often above the asking price. Our inticing home designs allure the senses, buyers want your home to become theirs.

HOME STAGING For most, purchasing a home is the most valuable asset purchased in a lifetime.  When searching for a home, buyers wait for that "feeling" that tells them, "this is it." Home Staging connects "the feeling" a buyer seeks to imagine themselves living in your home.  Once they make that connection, they tend to bid fast and high.

START YOUR HOME STAGE...
A phone consultation, space survey/walk through can take place with the realtor or the home owner, or both.
During the survey I take notes and photos for reference.  Afterward, you will receive a written summary with all recommendations and any referrals needed to make any repairs. Plus, we add in a plethora of tips that romance the buyer from door entry to exit.

HOME STAGING COST?
Fees are determined by square footage of the home.
GSL charges an hourly fee to stage homes with existing furniture. For GSL LUX  furniture or decor, ask for a separate quote.

TIMING?
Consultation Space Survey - 1-2 hours.
Install - 1 day or less.*
*Contingent on client urgency, needs,  and square footage of home.

A phone consultation to understand the room(s),  floor or desired redesign area.  If you wish to redesign with your existing furniture and decor the restage may be completed in one day, possibly with consultation & restage in one.

HOME REDESIGN COST?
Fees are determined by the number of rooms, square footage, and/or client urgency. GSL charges an hourly fee to redesign with existing furniture.  For GSL LUX  furniture or decor, ask for a separate quote.

TIMING?
2 hour minimum, in most cases 2-4 hours, almost always 1 day or less. In some cases home redesign of existing furniture may be completed on the same day as the consultation survey.
